Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited. de777 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, using different email addresses, different devices or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Multiple Accounts will be merged or closed, and any Bonus balances or winnings associated with duplicate Accounts may be voided.

You must notify de777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
Before processing a withdrawal, and at the Platform's discretion at any other time, de777 will require Users to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of residential address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting de777 support via the platform. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonuses will be cancelled in accordance with the applicable bonus terms. If you are closing your Account due to concerns about problem gambling, we strongly encourage you to request Self-Exclusion instead of a simple closure.

Odds are presented in decimal format. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the appropriate governing body. de777 reserves the right to delay settlement in cases where the official result is under review or protest. In the event of an abandoned, postponed or cancelled event, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the market is settled in error; the odds were published due to a manifest error; or where regulatory requirements necessitate voiding.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions and eligible-market conditions. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
New eligible Users may receive a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the current published offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion's terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering on certain markets (e.g., low-margin markets, certain casino games with high RTP) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards the wagering requirement. de777 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; withdrawing funds before the wagering requirement is met; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. de777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend Accounts and recover any losses sustained as a result of bonus abuse.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the de777 Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and potential referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform content without de777's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
de777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events or circumstances beyond de777's reasonable control. de777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability.
de777 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Users on the Platform. All wagering activity is undertaken voluntarily and at the User's own risk. It is the User's responsibility to make informed decisions about their betting activity and to use the responsible-gambling tools available to manage their play.
The Platform may rely on third-party services including payment processors, game providers and data feeds. de777 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers. Where a third-party service failure affects a transaction or game outcome, de777 will endeavour to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
